Scolari’s drying system is based on the principle of the fluid vibrating bed with advancing of the material on a surface particularly perforated. The product is kept in suspension by the directional flux of the insufflated air and by the vibrations of the same surface. The Fluid vibrating bed is apt for materials with superficial humidity, granular or powders that can be made fluid, such as centrifuged egg’s shell, P.E.T., H.D.P.E., marine salt, resins, flours, sands, sugar, etc…
The heating of the drying air is provided with burners in vein air fuel by GPL or natural gas, or recovering heat thermal power with steam exchangers or diathermic oil.
Our system can allow partial recycle of the air used in the drying process to improve the thermal output.
Working temperatures apt to assure the sanitization and to eliminate the contaminations of the dried product.
The working temperature can be from 80 °C to 250 °C depending on the products and customer needs.
Execution of the installation’s body or of the whole plant in stainless steel, according to the exigencies of the customer.
