Burners in the vein of air, recovery of the air used and thermal insulation to obtain the maximum thermal efficiency and reduce operating costs to a minimum.

 

The roasting process allows to increase the rate of assimilable proteins in the intestine by modifying some organic compounds. It allows the elimination of anti-nutritive factors and improves the preservation of the products even with one s.s. higher.

Ideal process temperatures (150-250 °) for:

Reduction of urease and other antinutritional factors for the recovery of the nutritional value of Soy.
Gelatinization
Heat treatment of proteins.
Sanitization (prophylaxis / elimination of toxins, molds and insects).
 

Different technologies depending on the characteristics of the products and the required production capacity.

Realization of complete plants with direct roasting and cooling line.
