The drawer drying plants are designed to allow the storage of small and medium quantities of products with the sole use of ambient air or an electric resistance that heats the air to 45-50 ° C. The system is designed to dry also with air recirculation so that the operator can always obtain the maximum thermal efficiency and the best drying according to the characteristics of the product.
The use of air at room temperature or low temperature heated air with electric resistance protects against any risk of pollution of the product being dried. In this way, our drawer dryers are absolutely safe even for the treatment of products intended for human consumption.
