Our business takes place in Paderno Franciacorta (BS) on an area of 13,000 square meters, of which 6,000 square meters are covered. with a technologically advanced workshop equipped with 6 overhead cranes. We are holders of important national and international patents and we are committed to constantly adapt and improve our systems to obtain the best thermal yields and consequently reduce the incidence of energy costs.

Production

Founded in 1950, our business began with the production of manual or semi-automatic open-plan systems. Currently, thanks to a constantly evolving technology, we build systems with integral air recirculation, filtration and totally automatic dust and odor abatement systems, managed by PLC software with direct telephone and online assistance from our headquarters in Paderno FC.

Design

Our highly specialized technicians carefully analyze each request and define the most appropriate technology for the characteristics of the material to be treated according to the customer’s needs. The final project includes, in addition to the layout of the system, the detailed drawing of the masonry works to be prepared for installation, the relationship with the data about the emissions into the atmosphere and all the data relating to the consumption of electrical and thermal energy to evaluate operating costs.

Support

A team of specialized company technicians ensures assistance in the pre-sales, assembly, commissioning, customer training and after-sales assistance phases. Customers who have installed a system with a control panel equipped with a PLC have the possibility to connect via modem directly to the Scolari headquarters to take advantage of direct assistance.

The commercial components used in the construction of our plants, both for mechanical and electrical parts, are of renowned international brands. In this way we guarantee customers a quick availability of spare parts all over the world.
