Drying systems for CSS – 2T-C version

Plants designed for the treatment of solid waste such as CSS – CDR with drying technology with moving walkways. The drying air temperature can vary from 60 ° C to 100 ° C depending on the characteristics of the product and available thermal energy.

The drying cycle at low temperatures makes it possible to exploit any thermal recoveries available on site such as hot water, thermal waste, steam and diathermic oil. The dehydration process with reduction of the water content allows to reach humidity even lower than 10%.

They are equipped with an automatic humidity control system that guarantees maximum drying homogeneity and are suitable for working with maximum flexibility even 24 hours a day, fully automatically, even remotely. They also offer the possibility of purifying the air from dust and pollutants.
