The mechanical removal drying plants of SERIES A are characterized by a patented system suitable for materials with high moisture content or details which, during the drying process, require mixing to obtain a homogeneous humidity and final quality.
The wet material loading system depends on the physical characteristics of the material itself with dosing hopper or feeder with inclined belt. The mechanical removal agitator installed on all our Scolari drying systems is a patented system. It allows the materials, with high initial humidity, to be exposed for the necessary time, obtaining the desired degree of drying and at the same time mixing to ensure the homogeneity of the final product. The mechanical stirrer removal system and its rotation and translation speeds are defined according to the physical characteristics of the material to be treated and, during the process, are controlled by an inverter to self-manage according to the final programmed humidity. Our mechanical removal dryers allow you to vary the low temperature process air from 35 ° C. at 140 ° C depending on the type of material to be dried and the heat source available.
